We brought our old, grumpy dog to get groomer at petsense in Brookhaven by Haylea Anna, she was very slow, calm, and caring with our Boo baby, she was very professional in a hectic situation, and did an outstanding job on the dog, even when he tried to bite her. She Called when she had questions and updates, and even gave our dog some breaks when needed. We highly recommend her if you have a dog that HATES grooming!

Spencer had her first spa day, I believe she loved it. She got a bath, nails filed and trimmed, paw balm and deshed. She smelled really clean. The workers were very friendly!

Well! Petsense Brookhaven deleted my post from their Facebook page! 😡 My first time dealing with them was a nightmare for my pet. I dont want the same to happen to your pet! This was my post… A 2-3 hour grooming for my four-month old Shi Tzu turned in to an all-day eight-hour nightmare. This was my fur baby’s first cut. The groomers told me to give them 2-3 hours for cut, shampoo, nails, etc. After 3 hours, I called. They were “having trouble” getting him cut and groomed. The groomer told me that she would call to keep me updated. She didn’t. After 5 hours, I called back. Groomer said they couldn’t complete his grooming, so they put my baby in a kennel. I could hear him barking and yelping over the phone while talking to her. Two more hours passed, I called. He was still barking and yelpi
