I was just at the store. It’s absolutely freezing in there. No heat, it’s almost as cold in there as it is outside. I feel so bad for the boys working there. I shop there frequently, it always clean and the boys are so nice and helpful. I know it was reported that there was no heat and no one has been there to fix it as of yet. Those are unacceptable working conditions it’s freezing in there. So today you get one star rating where you would usually get a four from me
Staff (& customer) was really helpful. We found somw good treats and toys for my newly adopted husky girl.
Great store for pets all you need for your cat or dog in 1 place
This is such a great pet supply store. I picked up some items for my kitten today and the store associate named Julia was so helpful with me, and very knowledgeable about animals too.
Staff is very welcoming and friendly!
