Horrible conditions, sick reptiles, and overall just a very sad Establishment. Have rescued multiple lizards from here and only 2 have survived. I feel so bad every time I’ve walked in there. My most recent time there I walked in on the owner feeding live lizards to her snake, she said he wouldn’t eat mice. There are some people that shouldn’t own reptiles, and this place is one of them. ‼️If you get a lizard from here quarantine them until tested for Adenovirus, as the most recent rescued from there tested positive‼️

I am a local and I have been to this store a number of times to visit with the talking birds. It is abundantly clear that the pet store has more animals to care for then they are capable of handling. I strongly believe they need to be shut down and reopen with a focuse on pet supplies only. Without the ability to sell live pets.

It's like a hoarding house but for animals. Way too overcrowded. She's often on her phone and ignores customers. I did hear she gave someone some free used supplies for a reptile at some point but otherwise I've heard only negative things. It's really sad to see all the animals in such small enclosures and overcrowded cages.

The owner of this place is not very knowledgeable on half of the animals she carries. She couldn't tell a male from a female leopard gecko but she'll sell you one. The tanks for almost all of the reptiles she has are way too small. The place never smells nice, understandable it's a pet store but I've smelled way nicer pet stores. The place is dingy and old. Always caked in dust and dirt. Its unsanitary for the animals. Her husbandry is ancient in comparison to new age ways of keeping animals, especially exotics. ■ Dusty and dirty ■ Improper care for alot of the animal's ■ Selling dangerous items for animal's, i.e. hamster balls (outdated heavily and bad for their backs) , metal hamster wheels (can cause bramble foot). ■ Sketchy "Rodent" food. It's mostly seeds which can cause skin issues

This is the best place to get your animals she is so respectful clean best price in town every animal I get from her is healthy and happy keep up the great work and don't listen to what the people are saying that's negative it's absolutely not true at all
