Pets & Pals Animal Shelter

We adopted Casper today and the process was super easy. I filled out an application online and they called me back within 2 hours of submitting it. I scheduled an appointment the next day and came to pick up my baby. They also sent him home with a harness, some food, a brand new bag of his fave treats, his favorite toy, and a brand new fleece blanket. They also provide you with important paperwork like vaccinations, microchip info, and a few welcome guides and tips. Great service and friendly staff.

Pets & Pals Animal Shelter is awesome! The staff were kind, attentive, and more than willing to answer all of my questions throughout the process. I filled out an online application and received a call from a staff member within a few days about arranging a date to meet the dog I was interested in. The facilities are well maintained and there's also a large play area for dogs to socialize and play. After meeting Jack, I knew he'd be a great addition to my family. I picked him up a couple days after his neuter appointment. The adoption process was smooth and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I adopted Taco last weekend, and it has been an amazing process! I got my last dog, Benji, from here, and that was an amazing process as well Some things have changed! Like having to fill out an application to get an appointment, but they called back within a day, and were very clear that we could see multiple dogs, we just had to let them know the names so they can prepare them. I was also able to get an appointment to see them the next day! The process was super easy, I appreciate that they do vet checks, as well as send them home with food so that there isn’t any more shock to their digestive system. Pet’s & Pals has always been amazing, especially compared to other shelters we went to, and my mom is even looking for her next dog here as well!

Adopting our Oliver from Pets & Pals was such a great experience. The staff was super friendly and clearly cared a lot about the animals. I really appreciated that they took the time to review our application to make sure it was the right fit — it shows they truly want the best for every dog and cat. The process itself was smooth and easy, and when they brought our boy out to meet us, we could instantly tell how happy and well cared for he was. We adopted Toast about a year ago on January 17th 2023. He goes by Jasper now. Today is his birthday. He is 1 year now. He loves his new home. He's very loving, protective and loves to play. He's 50 pounds now. He's brought a lot love to our home. I would recommend this shelter if you are looking for a dog or cat to adopt. They are great people to be around. They really care about their furry animals. You should definitely stop by.
