PETS Hospital

I waited a few days before writing this because I was upset. I was an emergency room nurse for many years, and I don’t consider myself someone who freaks out when an emergency happens. The care and sense of urgency here at this vet hospital was just sub par. We were visiting from out of state, and I have my 4 month old Maltipoo puppy with me. She got into something at the house we were visiting, and we rushed her to this vet hospital. I called ahead and a lady that sounded concerned said “call us when you pull up and we’ll let you in.” I called at 7:17PM as we pulled in and went to the door and a different, young girl came to the door. She refused to let us in until we filled out forms for payment. She could not have been more condescending, as she smiled, called me “sweetie” and did not

We had an emergency with our elderly labrador retriever on Christmas Eve and a new diagnosis of (GOLPP) -Geriatric Onset Laryngeal Paralysis and Polyneuropathy. This hospital was the best. Everyone was compassionate, kind, caring and excellent. I think human hospitals could learn from them. Our dog, who was in serious respiratory crisis, did well, and he had surgery a couple weeks later with their surgeon. This too, went so well, and our dog's quality of life has vastly improved. I may forget some names because there were many people involved in his care. I want to most thank the person at the front desk, she handled every patient and every family of each pet with kindness and compassion. When my sweet Monty had trouble breathing the other evening after my regular vet had closed for the day, I took him here to seek care. Unfortunately, they discovered some major health issues that led to my having to make the very hard decision to euthanize my sweet boy. The staff there, especially Dr. Yang, were so patient and kind in explaining my options during this difficult time. They let me bring my other dog in to be with Monty when the time came to say good-bye and set up a really lovely experience for him to go peacefully. I will forever be grateful to the staff's care, consideration, and kindness during an incredibly difficult time. Highly recommend this facility and would return to them for regular care in the future if they were closer to home.

My dog was about to be out of his seizure meds on a weekend so I called around 6PM to see if I could get him in to be seen and Melody at the front desk told me they'd give me a call as soon as they were able to intake patients. I told her I was willing to come in any time and got a call around 11:15pm that night. I've never been so grateful to be woken up mid slumber! I asked and Melody delivered. The team was so nice and so quick to take care of my Dude. Thank you so much. 11/10 service

We have used this location twice now and wouldn't consider going anywhere else in the event of an emergency! To detail our experiences: 1. We were out of town and our cat was breathing abnormally. Our pet sitter brought him in and the team promptly identified the issue, treated him, and patiently explained every detail of the process to us to make us feel as comfortable as possible with them treating our baby without being there. We were able to pay remotely and got all of our questions answered right away. They made the situation as easy as they possibly could! 2. Last night, we had a very scary experience with our dog. We brought him in right away, and the team gathered information from us efficiently to take care of him as quickly as possible. He was very uncomfortable due to the natur
