New to the area and looking for a good, neighborhood pet store. This is a great, welcoming place! I even had my cat with me in a carry-tote, and they were very kind - even gave Charlotte (my cat!) a treat. I found the cat food that I previously used in Oregon, and I know it's difficult to find. So happy to have found Pet's Earth. They love animals and really were kind and helpful. Definitely will be a regular custoomer!

I do not normally leave reviews Especially negative reviews, however due to the fact that I can’t seem to have any communication with management at this establishment I felt I had no choice. I’ve been taking my dog there for over a year. I have a wonderful groomer who I’ve been seeing for a year regularly, who I absolutely adore, but last week I had to cancel last minute due to Covid and management there was very abrupt with me about they were going to charge me because I had missed two other appointments before and then I’d be charged. If I did this again mind you now I never did not just show up. I called there were two instances of me being ill and I couldn’t get my dog there. My personal groomer had no issue. The only place to go for grooming. My Doodle wouldn't let petsmart or any place else do it. She always came home stressed. Here at pets earth they do a fantastic job.. and she is happy and like the place.. highly recommended

I came here twice and both times I was super happy with the staff especially Traci M. She was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding all the products and services. Today, I brought my dog here to use their wash service ($15 each time). I wasn’t sure how to use the tub, the dryer, and the ear cleaning solution (provided), Traci took time to show me and helped me. She also brought me towel, cotton balls, and a brush for the wash. Afterward I needed to get some treats and both ladies were helpful, patient, and friendly to help me get the treats. Pros: 1. If your dog sheds a lot, coming here is the right choice. 2. Celeste, the owner has been so helpful for figuring out our dog food. The employees are friendly and helpful, too. And they have just about anything you want for your cat or dog.
