Our cat Maisie passed away and she was sent here to be cremated. They had her back with us within a day. We really appreciated the beautiful urn and kind words. I would highly recommend them in your time of need.

After losing my cat so unexpectedly I called to have her cremated and this was the first place I called and I will forever be happy that I did! They were able to take my cat the same morning I called and had my cats remains back within 24 hours. They were so understanding and even gave us time with our animal before leaving her there. They have good selection of urns and are fairly priced! I did not have to pay for everything up front, they waited until I picked my cat up the next day to collect payment. They were the sweetest and expressed their condolences. Such a good place I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future!

My little dog Lilly pasted away she was my shadow for 13 years. Dawn was so kind and caring, she made the process a little easier. Dawn answered all of my questions and really helped me through the process. She was so sweet she even listened to my stories. Thank you so much for being there through this difficult time.

We lost our three month old puppy to Parvo and Dawn and her daughter were amazing and compassionate in our horrible time of loss. When I called, I was semi-hysterical and Dawn calmed me down, talked me through all of my options and told me they could come the same day to pick up poor little Minnie. Dawn's daughter came within the hour and was kind and soft-spoken, taking charge and gently picking up our baby for cremation. Although we chose not to have Minnie's ashes returned, I did ask about a paw print. Dawn told me that they would have to charge me for a return trip to Johnstown, so I declined, being as I already had hundreds of dollars invested at that point. Imagine how wonderful it was to open my invoice and see that she had enclosed Minnie's paw prints and a Rainbow Bridge marker. I
