The staff did a fantastic job of handling and taking care of my dog. My dog is very Neurotic and needs to be calmed down, but they did it so well and made him look so good!! Excellent place for a bath and a trim. They had him finished in under 2 hours, and gave him a stylish bandana

Every appointment that I have made ahead of time with Shelia or Jazmin has been reschedule by them. I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday, Monday September 9, 2024 which, once again was changed to today, Tuesday, September 10, 2024. When I took my dog to the appointment, they were closed. I called Jazmin because I was really mad. She didn’t answer her phone so I left an angry voice mail. I schedule these appointments 5-6 weeks ahead of time only to be changed. Well, no more because I am done with Pets1st.

The staff were so pleasant and worked with my schedule short notice. They were friendly and professional throughout my experience. My dog, Oscar, is a mini long haired dachshund who needed some work done and he looks fabulous! His nails weren’t cut too short and his hair was trimmed just the way I asked! Very pleased and will return. I wish their website worked and they had a receptionist to answer phone calls, other than that, they did call back within a reasonable time frame!

We were visiting the area and our dog needed to be groomed. They were able to get us in. I was overall very impressed. The store was clean and you can see the dogs being groomed when you walk in. Our dog received a wonderful haircut, and they were very efficient! The groomer was very friendly and made sure to ask what kind of haircut I wanted. Cannot recommend this groomer enough!

Appreciated how quickly we could be worked in, and how prompt the service was. She paid extra attention to our pups and praised their good behavior. Will definitely go back!
