I want to share my experience with petroglyph and all of the staff that came together to treat my boy with the utmost love in his last two months of life. Every single person handled him with care, patience and sincerity. Me and Toby seemed to become on a first-name basis with the front desk staff and the countless times I brought him in, each and every one of them were so kind. They supported me, they supported him, and I can never repay them for that. Living in a remote area with no access to emergency after hours vet services, I was so blessed to find petroglyph!! My cat had a traumatic head injury and it was worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to access care. Connor and Veronica are top notch reception staff. Snuffy was triaged quickly to make sure he was stable. And while there was a wait, the waiting area is comfortable and patient flow is well organized. Veronica and Dr. Ku were efficient and caring. And while I was expecting a hefty visit fee, the bill was very reasonable. Thank you!
