PetMedic Urgent Care Vet Clinic - Westborough

The veterinarians and staff at PetMedic were so helpful in trying to care for my cat when she suddenly had some health issues. The office was clean and safe. The staff were extremely helpful, communicative and proactive to give us the best support they could offer. We got appointments quickly every day and got a routine communication to check how things were going. While I was waiting I saw many dogs and cats go through and everyone left happy and healthy. I cannot recommend this place enough and I am so grateful.

We had to make the hardest decision and put our beloved dog Reggie to rest. The staff from reception, nursing and veterinarian could not have been more accommodating, kind, compassionate and exactly what we needed in our first baby's final moments. Reggie urn, keepsakes and personalized card are so incredibly special. With a broken heart, full of gratitude, thank you for taking such wonderful care of our boy and us. He's back home with us with his collar wrapped around his urn. Thank you Petmedic for taking our dogs final moments and beyond with such care. Love, The O'Bryan Family

This has been the most difficult time of my life yet that I’ve been through. My baby passed…🐾 Even though I’m still hurting, I want to take the time to write this review because they have been absolutely wonderful! The whole team! We’re so blessed to have brought him to this place. Theo was treated with love and kindness. Thank you Shana for handling the situation with so much compassion. He was really sick and that was not much we could have done for him unfortunately besides getting him comfortable. Now he is in heaven watching over us 🖤. We loved the card that you guys sent to us. We really had a great experience here. We woke up to our German Shepard eye messed up. We originally called tuffs but they had a long wait, they recommended petmedic. We were able to pick an appointment time online which was very helpful, this gave my dogs chill medication to kick in before the appointment. We warned a head of time that he was fearful of vets. Dr. Taylor the vet tech and nurse were amazing with him!. They had to put strips in his eyes had to do stain test and a pressure test he only grumbled with some displeasure. Thank you for taking such good care of care of my grumpy old boy!.

We are so thankful to have brought our precious cat Arwen to Petmedic. She had ongoing serious health issues and was at a primary vet for years. Through the grace and guidance of God on our journey we were led to a different place. Everything the Petmedic team did for our cat was handled with care, compassion and expertise. We are so grateful that we were with our angel when God took her and ended her suffering. We are so relieved and so thankful to have been surrounded with compassion and good care of our Arwen.
