Great pet store! Family-owned. I have a pet store right near me and will drive the extra distance to go here. I've purchased 3 bird from them since 2023. Animals are well taken care of. The owners and worker genuinely care about their animals and customers. Highly recommended.

i’ve adopted two adorable cats from here and very good selection of pets except no dogs anymore. bathrooms lack of service but otherwise good!

I have given careful consideration to whether or not I should share this review, and I ultimately believe that other fish owners should be made aware of my experience. I religiously purchase feeder fish from this location, and during my most recent visit last week, I bought a batch of Rosie feeders for my established 120-gallon tank. Shortly thereafter, it became apparent that the feeder fish were carrying Ick, which spread through the system and resulted in the loss of my entire tank population. Around $700 in fish accumulated over several years. While I recognize that the store may not be entirely at fault, I strongly believe that incoming shipments of Rosie's should be thoroughly inspected for signs of Ick before being offered for sale to customers.

I purchased “Blue” my Indian Ringneck parrot back in April and could not be happier with him. Many pet stores claim to be selling hand fed ringnecks But this place actually does that. He is so tame, loving and docile. Lilly and the team at Norwins Petlans did an amazing job. It was a 4 1/2 drive but well worth it!

Have been taking my Husky here since she was a tiny thing. I was very hesitant on leaving my girl with other dogs (me just being a momma bear). But they introduced her and she LOVES going to Daycare to see her friends. They broke the comfort zone level I had and the staff is awesome. Years later she still goes here and has been boarded as well. Would recommend!! :)
