I love my puppy. However, they did not care for her properly while she was there waiting to go home with a loving family. I noticed that at night my puppy had a hacking cough. At the time of purchase, they told me I had to take the puppy to the vet next door within five days. Maybe it was so urgent because they already knew my puppy had a cough. The vet also said she has inflamed lymph nodes. They also were not very good at explaining everything that comes with purchasing a pet. Now I’m left trying to figure out all this claims paperwork on my own, just to try to get reimbursed for the $120 I spent on medication for something my puppy likely contracted while in Petland’s care. I also have to go back for a follow-up visit to check on her wellness after the diagnosis. I feel like that expen

Cute puppies but simply not worth it. I have spent over 1k in additional Vet fees for this puppy’s parasite infections (multiple) and eye infection that she came home with. They offer you the pet insurance but they don’t cover parasites. My experience thus far has been extremely exhausting. I do not recommend.

DO NOT GET A PUPPY HERE!!! We love our puppy so much but he has come to us with Ring worm, Hook worms & Coccidia. We’ve taken him to the vet next door to this Petland & we’ve come across MULTIPLE puppies that are also sick from this same Petland. When we went into Petland to let them know that our puppy is sick the Manager McKayla, told us with no compassion, that “they have no other cases.” That is an absolute LIE! TODAY WE FOUND BLOOD IN HIS STOOL We have a 13 year old dog with cancer & 2 young cats. Now a sick puppy that hopefully doesn’t get our other animals sick or make our dog with cancer worse. They told us to submit our vet bills to Solutions & that we would get reimbursed but I’ve seen many reports from people who are still waiting months later for that reimbursement & have hea

This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had—especially concerning given that your business involves the care and sale of puppies. Upon arriving, no staff member asked us what we were looking for or offered any guidance. Instead, a puppy was placed in a room with us and we were left alone for over 20 minutes. During that time, we repeatedly asked for assistance, and each time we were told “okay” or “give me a moment,” yet no one followed up or returned. At one point, we informed an employee that we were finished spending time with the puppy. She told us she would be right back, but after waiting an additional 15 minutes, we stood up to look for help and observed her laughing and socializing with coworkers instead of assisting us. I love my puppy but this place is a scam. I paid over $4,000 for a breed that is typically only $2,000. (I wish I knew that before) My puppy was sick and ended up with kennel cough. The vet said that Petland is the worst place to buy a puppy and said they were surprised my puppy didn’t have Parvo. She said most puppies that come from Petland have it. I am happy that I was able to save my puppy from such a horrible place and get her feeling better.
