Petland Austin Landing

We had Sapphire from Smithville call ahead to reserve a time to see the female Golden retriever at Austin Landing. She told us to ask for Corey when we got there. We drove through a snow storm from Lima, OH to see this beautiful girl named honey. Corey was amazing, helpful and informative. We brought our girl home that same day. Her name is now Pickles, aka Princess Pickles. She is an amazing dog. We couldn't be happier with all the help we received from Corey. He truly made the experience enjoyable and easy. He made sure we had all we needed to make our puppy experience a smooth transition at home. We look forward to bringing Pickles back for a future visit.

Here's Penelope 🐾🤍 I'm so happy we got this little cutie 🥰.. Let the puppy journey begin!! Very thankful for the service from the pet store workers Cory and Addi who helped us adopt this cutie. They didn't have to stay way past closing to help finalize the papers and everything for her to make sure we were able to bring her home tonight instead of waiting until tomorrow but they did and we really appreciate it. Typically no one would ever do that and I absolutely love that they did that for us. 🤍💗🥰

Review is late but me and my partner had gone here to see puppies for fun and we’re NOT expecting to get a pup, we saw two pups and me and my partner immediately fell in love with Theadore who is now renamed to Sammy. We financed him and the finance company was being extremely difficult but thankfully Addi and Cory stayed helping us EVEN AFTER HOURS which is phenomenal and above and beyond and we appreciate them for taking the time to even stay a bit longer just to help us get things situated and even gave us a gift for the trouble. We appreciate the staff heavily and if they’re reading would like to say Sammy is doing fine and is extremely comfortable and very happy and energetic and we love him very much.

So I was definitely surprised when I pulled up it was a lot smaller store than I was picturing on my head I guess but when I walk in it is slightly bigger then outside appearance, I only say this because there wasn't a very big selection. I mean don't get me wrong they had plenty of great options of things for smaller dogs. I have a 89lbs. Pitbull and I just feel like they wasn't too much to choose from in his size. But besides all of that they had a awesome bundle of puppies and kittens, so freaking cute! And the employees were there and there customer service were above and beyond, very friendly and kind!! We can't wait to go pack to get some puppy playtime in!!

We have gotten a few fur babies from here. I will admit, I was hesitant at first because of rumors…. However once I got to know the staff (Sam is awesome!! - Really they all are) and learned about the breeders they use, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Our dogs were so well socialized and perfect additions to our family!!! ❤️
