The litter box firmware was recently updated to have a loud beeping sound to enforce you to renew the subscription, if you don't renew it will keep beeping every time it was cleaning and disturb your rest. This is serious infringement of customer rights and shameless sales strategy. I am going to report you to BBB and FTC

Deceitful company, their customer service barely speaks English and it’s really hard try to understand what they say, the amount of emails back and forth is ridiculous just for them to repeat themselves over and over and over again, the return process started in December and still no signs of my refund. Don’t use this company, it will exhaust your mental health.

I bought the PETKIT automatic kitty litter box, and it has a mechanical defect. I have been emailing the customer service department for months about this, and they only told me recently that it was the manufacturer’s fault. A product that is this expensive should not stop working so shortly after purchase and have such a poor warranty.

Don’t trust what they say on the website, will not offer any type of price match, and finding all excuses to deny your request. Do not buy!
