Love petite pet gallery. They do a great job with my nyx. Their prices increased recently by a good amount but considering the economy & other groomers it’s not unreasonable. Front desk is always kind.

Great service and reliable staff. Only issue was them trimming my cats' whiskers. Thought they would automatically know not to! Once it was bought to their attention, they didn't do it again! My cat was happy and so was I. Visit them about every 6 weeks. Love the service

I have been a customer since 2020 and I can say that this is one the most disorganized unserious businesses I have ever encountered. At first I was encouraged, they had a cat groomer that was very communicative and prices were reasonable. I would bring my previous cat for grooming but it was always difficult to schedule an appointment because they rarely answer the phone. On one occasion, I thought, let me go physically to the office to make the appointment. The door was open and no one was in the shop. The next day when I came again to make the appointment, the receptionist laughed and said they had someone new and that person didn’t know how to lock up. They did a wonderful job with our baby Bruno. They took a really good care of him. He is very scared of grooming machines and sometimes it is really hard to cut his hair, but fortunately we found Petite Pet Gallery a good and safe place to do it. So happy with it!

I took my medium-long haired cat to get a teddy bear cut for the shedding season. I had never taken him to get officially groomed (he went to the vet for sanitary clips now and then) and was worried how he would react. Like most cats, he likes to decide when he interacts with people, when he's held and brushed, etc. He came out of his appointment looking fantastic, smelling great, and seemingly unfazed by the whole experience. His cut was remarkably even. I wasn't sure how he would look after his trim; after the results and his positive experience, he will definitely be getting a trim regularly.
