My dog recently passed away during what was supposed to be a routine surgery at this veterinary clinic. I was told the procedure would be done by 11AM. I called multiple times after that for an update, but my calls were not answered until much later in the day, close to closing time. I’m devastated and deeply disappointed with how the situation was handled, especially the lack of communication. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision when choosing care for their pets.

Great Veterinarian & staff. So kind and professional. My Great Pyrenees poodle pup was given the best care possible. Maggie Mae is doing awesome.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices. Got my pup in right away and fixed up good as new. Thanks! 2025 update: I've taken my pup here a few more times over the years to keep up with vaccinations. Still good.

Dr. Kris is amazing! She is an animal whisperer! We have used her for years for our horses, cats and dogs. She is so good with the animals as well as with us fur baby parents. She has a very good staff too. We're very lucky to have her in this town!

Had my yorkie receive shots and a nail trim from vet. My husband paid them cash. Fast forward 8 months later I needed a copy of his record. I was told I never paid and unless I wanted my records I had to pay $126. Very unfair and quite honestly very rude. It is not my fault they cannot keep track of their records. I had spoke to the office before our appt to ensure I had the exact cash for them that day. Maybe they need a better system.
