The manager Brian is fantastic and the entire staff is great. I take my dogs there for grooming and all their needs. They get pets and love from everyone and like going there and I get help selecting food for their needs or other things.

Best place for all your pets needs. Love their awards program! Saves me money!!

Was extremely clean and well organized

Refused to even do grooming because of her behavior after I told them about her personality. They said they didn't have a problem with it. They got mad because she pooed in her crate and peed on a groomer. She is a small dog who is afraid of strangers, and they said they could not even get the leash and collar on her. I guess they only want perfectly-behaved dogs. I will be taking her back to Pet Supplies who was able to groom her.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Store is well organized and clean. Found all but one item ( did not carry cat warming blankets) we were looking for. Will return.
