I took home George today and he is the sweetest little guy I can hardly believe it!! It is my first day with him and he's already taken two seeds from my hand, and while I was meeting him he was okay with being pet (makes me think the employees have been kind to him!) After bringing him home I realized I didn't have deep enough bedding in his enclosure, and he looked rather bored and continued eating while I added more bedding all around him!! What an adorable little buddy I am so happy!!!! The woman who helped me at the store recommended him because she said he was the friendliest and she was right! He had been there for a while because he has red eyes and some people don't like that, but I think he is so cute.... Literally cannot express how lovely he is and I am very happy thank you so

Kara was extremely unprofessional. She was wrestling with my dog and only stopped because another groomer informed her I was watching. I had to have another worker stop the service. She claimed he was being naughty but did not stop the service. My dog is now in distress with 2 unclipped nails. She is not trained in handling dogs and is unable to make a judgement of when to stop a service. I will not be returning and advise others to be mindful and watch if she is working with your dog.

Did you know, if your dog is elderly with mobility issues (ours is a 13 year old Chiweenie with grade 4 luxating patellas) if you take them here you and your dog will get shamed and told to leave because they don’t service “dogs that can’t walk.” I’ve never been sadder for my dog than how she was treated today. Please, if you love your dog don’t take them here, they clearly do not care about animals. The groomer? Kara G.

This Petco location is my absolute favorite! The store is always very clean and organized. What makes a difference in the shopping experience is the most amazing staff that works there. The manager is just the kindest, most caring, professional manager ever! The manager really cares about his employees and customers. Rocco, Trinitee, the other lady employees and every single employee i had the pleasure of seeing, have been so kind, professional and welcoming. Everyone at the store is an expert. I love coming to this Petco location in Willowbrook because I always leave with the biggest smile on my face. Thank you!

This is what Esther the “Groomer” at the Petco in Willowbrook did to my Maltipoo who is 6 months old. He went in for a bath and puppy trim. She butchered my fur baby and had the nerve to say he was the problem and we’d have to take him to a Veterinarian to finish your botched job!!! She doesn’t deserve to be a Groomer. You don’t shave a 6 month old puppy. She was told not to cut his hair, only trim it. Do not patronize this location. I wish I had never taken him there. I will never, ever go to this location again 🤬😡
