Easy and Pleasant Visit Easy to find the products I needed. The store was clean, and the animals looked well taken care of. Great experience overall!

My dog went in there with super long silky hair . She lied and said he was matted. We go every month , my dog was not matted, she said we had to shave him. She didn’t say how low. I went to pick my dog up and he looked like a “KAREN” I can not believe she cut and shaved all my dogs hair off like this . I am so upset! I will stick to Stamford I will never go back here. The person doing the grooming had to be new. Or new at grooming animals . They even have stuff for being matted, shaving him down shouldn’t have happened. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!

I have frequented this location many times. It's really unfortunate how poorly the fish are taken care of in this location. On my last visit, most all the fish were under observation and therefore not for sale. There were a couple of tanks with what looked like over 15 fish dead in the tank. This visit all the reptiles were pulled from the front, and it looked like the heater malfunctioned. I hope that these issues can be addressed for the sake of keeping healthy pets and taking proper care of fish. Respectfully, in response to the owners reply, this is not a call to action for me to make a phone call in so you can address these issues. If I had the option to give zero stars I would’ve. Emerly is the worst groomer I have ever encountered. Not only did she give my dog a horrible cut which went against my clear instructions of how I wanted the cut, she sounded insensitive and completely disregarded my concerns. Please do not go to this location for grooming. They don’t not listen and do what they want to do.

The Vetco Clinic is amazing. The cost of vaccinations can't be beat...$19 for a 3 years rabies vaccination! The facility for Vetco portion in Petco is glass enclosed so your dog can't get away and my dogs are less distracted by other dogs. Plus, I feel more comfortable knowing we are contained. There were 8 dogs in front of us but the line moved very quickly. The veterinarian was very thorough, friendly, and quick. We also picked up a few toys on sale...my dogs don't discriminate against Christmas toys all year long.
