I want to thank the amazing staff who are always kind, courteous and welcoming. I feel confident asking for suggestions for Elly to ensure she has the best care. I can honestly say, I have been shopping here since the opening of the store, and there is a comfort I feel walking through the door, especially when I bring Elly and while checking out with the young woman who wears glasses, Elly’s tail wag is at 100 miles per hour. Thank you again!!!!

I buy a lot of items at this store. Dog food, Crickets, Saltwater Fish, and supplies. Everyone at this location is nice. Carisa is amazing to deal with. She is friendly and definitely works hard to be there for the customers. Her customer service is outstanding. Something that I find is lacking in other places I shop. I will continue to shop at this location because of her.

Store workers are amazing, so the 1 star is not against them! However I bought buy 3 get 1 free fish at this store. I returned 2 that died within days (other two are still flourishing) manager was rude when saying that I'd still have to pay for 1 of the dead ones because it counts as the free one. It wasnt a costly loss of money, but the principle is irritating. If it was store policy, that is fine, but the attitude was not needed. This is the 2nd negative review I've ever left and I will never return to this store.

Stopped in for some supplies for our puppy. I had a few questions about food and food sensitivities. I received excellent help from the staff. I have always had great service at the West Dundee store.
