Petco

Awful place. I got there and they have a whole shelf of dead beta fish. I told a worker and they just shrugged it off like it was nothing!! There was abt maybe 6 dead beta fish and 4 that were barely moving and obviously on the brink of dying. We told a manager and she didn’t apologize , just said okay aswell. Workers need proper training on how to take care of these animals, plus what if some little kid sees these dead fish?? Awful experience.

We cannot say enough about the care, service and quality of grooming at Petco in Wareham. They are a trusted bunch that take such good care of our Stormy! THANK YOU!

By far my favorite store. The manager(s) are excellent, the staff is excellent. My store is clean and stocked. I always know I can get what I need and want. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful and cheerful. I have never had a bad experience at my store and I have been going there for almost 20 years for my pets, which have included cats, dogs, ferrets and fish. They even listen to my frustrations with the Petco app, which is not their fault or responsibility, lol. Thank you, my store people. You all are amazing!

We took our newly adopted rescue to Vetco in Wareham for a wellness exam because he had been seen by his former owners at a Vetco down south. I wasn't aware that Petco had a veterinary hospital. It was was great experience, the vet tech Hailey was great, as was Kim, the intake specialist. We were emailed a detailed summary of his visit, and we purchased an annual membership in Petco's Vital Care Premier which is an incredible value - free exams, discounts on food, grooming, and earns rewards points. I wish we had known about Vetco/Petco earlier, so many benefits and savings. Highly recommended!

Was waiting for 15 minutes for help with the fish nobody ever came. In those 15 minutes I was browsing and was very disturbed on my findings. You can tell no one checks on the fish… dead fish in nearly all the tanks. This was absolutely terribly and heart breaking to see. Told an employer and they brushed it off.
