Petco

I am extremely satisfied with my recent visit to Petco on 11/22. Both employees went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for my bird and provided knowledge about my recent purchase. Also I appreciate the information to purchase the membership. Really pays for itself! Jack update: he loves music and dancing. He’s still adjusting to his new home and is always analyzing and learning. I’m really enjoying the bond I am building with Jack and look forward to coming to this Petco again.

Came in on a Saturday morning shortly after opening and the store was almost all ours! My children have special needs and it was a perfect experience. Clean. Organized. Helpful staff. Quiet. My kids got to look at all of the stuff they wanted for their new pups. It was great! We got everything we needed and a few things we didn’t! We also picked up an online order and that was ready and accurate as well. Will definitely be retuning.

I've always preferred PetsMart [ver Petco but I now live closer to Petco so that may change. My SO & I brought our 9 week old adorable puppy there on Monday & several employees came up to us & went ahh over her but no one offered Amy help. The gentleman @ the checkout wasn't very friendly either. We're trying to decide which place to start training our precious little one. I've trained all my dogs at PetsMart but haven't tried Petco. If anyone would like to chime in with recommendations that would be great! Thank you Petco!

Went to Petco this evening. Many of the tanks were empty and full of bearded algae, the tanks that had fish were gross and the fish were hanging on by a thread. There was nobody to help in that area. After watching some of the surviving fish dash their bodies off a single decoration in their tank, I knew they were disease ridden and I finally left. There were 2 workers in the entire place. One at register and one helping someone with birds. Many people were waiting for help with fish. They need to step up their game if they're competing with petsmart. Shameful
