Not a big fan of this location. The groomers are short with you in comparison to other locations. My dog shakes so much in this location and it makes you wonder why. They made a huge deal about getting their disposable collar on my dog. If you’re working in customer service for tips and around animals you would think they’d be nicer. Morgan the overweight groomer is the one I’d avoid :)

Was in a few days ago n saw Screech, a sun conure wit no water. His bowl completely empty besides a few seeds n poop. He was banging his beak on it, lifting it n slamming it down n all worked up lookin for water. I told the girl 2 aisle over workin wit another employee stockin shelves n she looked me dead in the face n never acknowledged what I said. As I walked threw the store I could still hear Screech so I went back to see him n was jut talkin wit him. So adorable but he was mad. The employee was still right there, did nothing n couldn’t care less. When I checked out I told that girl n she was a sweetheart n told me she’d have it done. Been there 3 times in 10 days n the cashiers r always nice. I do wish they carried bird cages n some sugar glider supplies though. The store supplies r

Your staff are very knowledgeable. My elderly cat hasn't been eating well. As a long shot I called and asked one of your associates if they could recommend a good dry food for finiky cats to supplement the wet food. The associate suggest I try Orijen wild reserve. My cat actually loved it and looks forward to it every morning.

The staff has consistently been incredibly helpful, always ready to answer my questions and assist me in locating the items I need. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile make my shopping experience much more enjoyable. I truly appreciate their knowledge and dedication.

Staff was super helpful showing me where everything was showing me what was on sale and even carrying things out for me help me through the whole process of finding the first things I needed for my first dog can't wait to go back with him
