Petco

First visit, needed a rabies shot as I am moving into an apartment soon. The staff was so wonderful with my cat. Other vets have said she was too hostile to be able to work with without sedation but the vet here was able to do a full exam and give her the shot without it. Service was great, quick, and affordable. If I stay in the area I would definitely return.

My daughter and I went here to look around. They have anything and everything you want in the store for your pets. We didn’t need anything. We just went walking around and talked to a few reptiles. The staff was very nice and helpful and asked if we needed anything. Even though we didn’t need anything, they kept checking on us. It was very nice of them.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of disrespect I experienced at Petco during my recent visit. While inquiring about the price of a product that was mislabeled, I expected a courteous and professional response from the staff. Instead, one of the employees made the insulting remark: “It helps to read.” I found this statement to be extremely disrespectful, insensitive, and unprofessional. Rather than resolving the situation with patience and understanding, the employee chose sarcasm and condescension. This not only failed to address the issue, but it also left me feeling dismissed and disrespected as a customer. As a military veteran who values professionalism and respectful service, this encounter has caused me to question Petco’s training standards and customer service policies.

I stop by this Petco about four times a year to pick up saltwater fish, and overall I’ve had consistently good experiences. Their prices are some of the best around, especially compared to specialty reef shops. That alone keeps me coming back. The saltwater selection isn’t huge if you’re a serious hobbyist looking for rare or high-end species, but for most people wanting to add some colorful life to their tank, they usually have solid options. I’ve found healthy fish at fair prices, which is really what matters. Staff has been helpful when I’ve had questions, and the store is generally clean and easy to shop. For everyday saltwater additions without paying boutique prices, this location does a good job.

i own a dog several mice and two rats my self and all of them us petco, dont understand why this store NEVER as any rodents other than maybe a couple of ginny pigs whitch they,arent even as smart as a mouuse it seems life to me . anyways i have to keep traveling out of town out of county to get rat stuff. No other pet stores keep animals in store for sale, having to go to breeders in Osteen Fl. Maybe someday you can find breeders that will keep you small rodents in stock other than maybe a couple of times a month, if that.....HOPE to see some animals show up you all need a buyer for this store.....pet store's usualy keep pets other than dog or cat food....or fish....
