The store was nicely organized and the staff was friendly. The cats there seemed to be well cared for. They have a pretty decent selection of cat toys.

Every one of the staff made us feel so welcome and noticed our new rescued pup. They were so eager to help and provided us a coupon book since there are so many things our new pup will need within his first year. We will definitely be returning to this location!

the workers are always nice and helpful every time i come in ! i have some faces i see pretty frequently but the same blonde manager unfortunately is always rude to me and her workers. it’s unfortunate to see them get treated that way as well as being a customer and being made to feel like an inconvenience when i’m just trying to get food for my pets.

Christopher in grooming is such a gem and we are so thankful for his help with our pup. Our pup came from an unfortunate situation and he was patient, kind, and went the extra mile to ensure our newest family member was clean and well groomed. We truly appreciate the care and compassion he put into our pup (all 3 washes) and look forward to working with him again. Thank you for going the extra mile for him, he was a brand new pup 🥰

Now I know it was partly my fault for not making sure I had everything when I left the store but in my defense I had my daughter in my hands so it was a little difficult, but I had a few other items that were not give to me because they were not rung up. Probably because they were about to closeing. I'm guessing the guy was just waiting to get off work, Not paying very close attention to what he was doing. But the manager did help me out which I did appreciate.
