I would rate zero stars for the care of their animals. Three ferrets enclosed with so much old and new fecal matter, obviously from sick animals, there are flies inside the enclosure. Two large “adoptable” guinea pigs in a ten gallon fish tank at the back of the store on an endcap. Not even enough room for them to turn around.

Hello, I called in the morning to have my dog shammy black lab groomed, they said bring her in and by noon time she was done by 2:00 couldn't have been more pleased they even gave me a 20% coupon

Updating current review: My daughter who was/is going through a lot- medically and emotionally wanted a hamster for years. Due to all she was going through, her dad and I agreed to get her a hamster. First one purchased 1/12/26 lived 8 days. Brought in the deceased hamster, replaced it with a smaller one and also got the new one a large tank vs the small plastic cage Petco sold us. When in to get the new one, the worker told me the hamster the deceased one was with in the store also died. They "must have had wet tail". The second one showed signs of not being well a few days after getting it. Not eating, not drinking, not playing on the wheel. Kim "the animal lead", tells me "bring him in, sounds like he is weak. Decent amount of product, but only a single employee (a cashier) in sight. Usually I do see 2 employees as im here weekly buying cat litter, cat food and/or dog food for our french bulldog. Only 1 female employee ever seems like she wants to be bothered. Either way, this probably shouldn't of been an impulse purchase, but our son wanted a snake or lizard. So we spent a while figuring out which reptile would be best for our son. Looked online and we settled on a bearded dragon baby. Then spent some time researching bearded dragon setups and prices. After 1 phone call to another petstore we left with our catfood purchase (as our maincoon and bengle are used to it and the other petstore didnt carry it). Very good place to shop for your needs. Lots of help, professional, friendly. One thing I don't agree is. If using rewards,and happen that you have to return the item you bought for any reason. You do not get the refund in full, just part of it. If I get some rewards because I spent money. I should be able to benefit from it regardless what I do with it. Other than that. Perfect place to shop.
