I needed food for my reptiles and wanted to purchase a tarantula. I had the nicest lady ( can’t remember her name) assist me. She was very pleasant and also very knowledgeable about tarantulas. I purchased a red leg tarantula and absolutely love it! Thanks so much for your help!

Brian was super helpful and also made sure our dogs got treats while they were there and sent some complimentary treats home with them. He helped us find toys for our teething puppy and gave us tips about her teething. He gave us a coupon book for the things we will need for her too. We enjoy shopping here because of the friendly service and great selection of products.

My wife scheduled an appointment with Vetco (PetCo) for 2/27 at 2:30pm because our dog had diarrhea. She also has a heart murmur, so dehydration is always something we take very seriously. The office texted earlier that day asking if she could come at 2:00pm instead. My wife said she would try. Unfortunately, rain and traffic delayed her, and she arrived at 2:10pm. The waiting room was empty and exam room doors were open, but my wife was told they could not see our dog because she was "late" for the earlier requested time and their schedule was completely full. They offered to reschedule for the next day. As a worried pet parent, that was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. My wife immediately called Banfield Pet Hospital (PetSmart). So in a nutshell,🌰 petco: great 👍 the customer service: Great 👍 the clearance (when you find it, hidden throughout the store) is wonderful. And the only reason why I put the CUTEST OF CUTE GUINEA PIGS🐹 IN THE WORLD and then a dirty bathroom is because the bathroom is the reason for 4 ⭐. So as you can see, if you can....it was very dirty🧴. The floor wasn't going to ever to look👀 clean🧹🧽🧼 in the rest of its lifetime. But other than the probably haunted👻, bathroom🚽🧻, the pet store was orderly and nice. OOOOHHH 😮😮there was some crickets🦗🦗 on the floor roaming around but that's normal ( in my 🌎 )

Took my elderly dog here after a specific groomer agreed to take him fully knowing his age (15). They did everything grooming-wise except clip his nails, which I understood, because he was too stressed. I just called back to make another appointment to find out that he'd been "referred out" without my knowledge or any explanation when I'd picked him up from the first appointment. I've had him groomed with the same mobile groomer for years and never had this issue, I was just trying to find a more affordable alternative. I'm very disappointed with the false hope, this is not the place for elderly dogs.
