Made up a policy when I brought my dog in for grooming saying they don’t groom dogs on medication. Couldn’t lead me to the policy on their website so it’s bogus. I’m pretty sure they didn’t feel like doing their job like most businesses that offer services these days. Take your pets somewhere else to be groomed. Wish I could give negative stars because they aren’t worth the one that I had to give.

I would agree with the majority that this store in particular CARES about their animals and their people. I'm not much for big corporate however the nature of the store brings a very small town vibe with people who are very knowledgeable about pets and pet care. As someone who shops there often id say the manager makes everyone feel valued and appreciated. Thank y'all so much!

I called Petco to see if I could get My pet a Rabies shot. They set me up an appointment. I called to tell them I had mistaken the direction I was given. When I realized this I turned around, i woul be a little late but did not mind waiting when I arrived. I only had about a 5 minute wait. They weighed him, took information for him and the nicest ladies talked to him and he calmed down. The vet gave him the shot and I'm not certain he realized what had happened. He had a cookie and I bought him a small toy which he is carrying around, his comfort toy. Thank you all for your warm welcome. I will come again. Shirley Flowers Louie (pet)
