Petco Studio City has always provided great customer service whenever I go! Even my dog is happy when we pull into the parking lot and I put his leash on him’ Everyone is knowledgeable about the products and very patient with me if I need a little more help. Good congenial atmosphere among the staff also!! 5 stars!!

The staff at Petco, Studio City location are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I always find what I need and some how always end up getting my dog a new toy lol. He loves being able to be inside the store and explore. The facility is very clean. And as I stated before, the employees are all very friendly.

My Frenchie's nail trims can be a challenge, but Michelle's expertise has been a huge relief since the former manager departed.

When this cruelty is gonna end? Never coming back, please do not support this store or any Petco stores until they decide to be more humane. The more people write negative reviews, the sooner will they will do it.

I tried to get my very sweet, calm four-month-old puppy’s nails trimmed at Petco. I called ahead, made sure they were available, and everything seemed fine. My puppy isn’t a yappy dog at all—he’s super chill, lets anyone handle him, and is basically a little angel. But the manager, Michelle, insisted that because today he’s exactly four months old, he now needs a rabies shot before they’ll do anything. The irony? He can’t even get that shot yet because he’s only two pounds and too young to actually receive it. If I had come literally yesterday, no problem, they would have trimmed his nails. Today? A hard no, just because of hitting that four-month mark. Pure nonsense—this is exactly the kind of inflexibility that just leaves you shaking your head.
