Staff at Petco clinic are very caring and informative. They take the time to remember you and your dog. They answer all questions and if they need to research something they offer text messaging and email after clinic hours. Grooming department staff are super sweet. I try to stay with the same groomer so my dog feels comfortable, less anxiety. They always do an amazing job. Store staff are alway attentive and available to help you.

I have been a loyal Petco grooming customer at this location for over a decade, bringing two dogs here consistently. My first dog, Doug, was groomed here for 13 years until he sadly passed away this past October from a sudden brain tumor. When I came in recently to remove him from my profile, I shared this with staff so his name wouldn’t be mentioned and reopen a very fresh wound. Nothing was said at that time about any issues with my account. When I later tried to make a grooming appointment for my current dog, I was abruptly and publicly told with another customer standing behind me — that I was no longer allowed to book services. terrible selection of fish products. a few of their bettas were extremely unhealthy especially one of the poor little ones, i politely asked one of the workers about seeing if i could have the fish at a discount or even a way to have it so that i can have a chance at saving the poor things life. the lady replied extremely rude “No, ill take care of it.” i’ve never met someone at this store that was so rude for a simple question.

Always a pleasant experience at Petco. Brian is such a friendly and helpful manager! Nikki grooms my 3 dogs and is always prompt, pleasant, and fun to talk to. She cuts my dogs hair exactly as I request.

The store was well stocked and the staff was very helpful. Kal or Kai was extremely helpful and patient while my kids picked out their hermit crabs! I really appreciated it!
