Petco

Went in to see what is new. And to get my supplies i need. And soon as I walk in every time every one says hi and welcome to petco. I have got to know the team very well. And the smiles and how are you doing. And let us know if we can help. Is always said. I have found out that you can order online and the shipping is FedEx or ups. Great to know . I didn't know who they ship with till I asked. Good place to go.

I went on Black Friday around 11am and there was absolutely no help anywhere to be seen. I walked the entire store twice and there was nobody. It says they have a reptile rally happening and I had questions about a snake I was interested in. There were 2 cashiers for a few customers but no one to help out on the floor to ask about animals or any questions in general. Update: I went to Pet Supplies Plus and there was one associate with multiple people shopping and not even 5 seconds was I in the store when I was greeted and asked if I needed anything to which I was helped immediately and had my questions answered. Again, 1 employee helped me faster at a smaller chain store than a big name pet store like Petco with multiple associates presumably working the floor.

Never ever get fish here. All the fish I have ver gotten at Petco have killed our whole tank. Every single animal I have gotten here has died even when getting a whole new tank for treatment. We got 2 guppies at Petco and it killed our whole tank including the pleco we have had for 4 years. We made a whole new tank and treated it and salt water dipped them and the tank still died out. We also got 3 types of dog food at Petco and they made our dogs got sick and had no energy. Try you luck at a different pet store 1 stars.

The store is clean and well kept. The employees are great and I had no problem with the store whatsoever. The issue is the management. In my short time of being in the store I heard a manager yell at two different employees and that frustrates me. These employees are clearly doing a wonderful job and they should be treated as such. Employees were so helpful and kind and one named Dylan was especially helpful despite seeming very busy. I hope upper management sees this review because they need to start treating their employees better!

Not even 1 star worthy. Was in line at this Petco this evening with about 10-15 other people. When I get in line there was 2 people running the registers. As more people started coming into the line the manager on duty (Adam) decided he just doesn’t want to help people anymore and walks off for about 5 minutes and calls one of his other employees over holding the line up even more.
