The girls are great! And Nicole - she is simply amazing. I’m always hesitant on sending my senior dog to the groomers due to hip issues. Nicole is always so patient with her and gives me a recap on how my pup did. Let her lay down when her legs were tired. At the end, she comes out with the softest, fluffiest coat, with her bandana and a big smile. My girl is a mix breed with lots of loose fur. the deshedding package is magical! On another note- I am pretty last minute when it comes to booking my appt. The last few times I have made an appointment, the team was able to fit me in within that week, or even the SAME DAY!! highly recommend the petco groomers!

Britney is so good with our poodle. I observed her with my dog and others in the salon. She was so patient with my dog when he would get excited and fidgety. He always comes away handsome and happy. Thank you Britney, you are the best.❤️😊

Very upset I have been a loyal customer since like the early part of the 2000s. Bought pets, pet supplys and cages all there. From my first cat to my current hamster and headgehog. I always recommend it to my friends family ect. I will no longer be doing that. I went online to put an order in for pick up as I always do. There system canceled my order. I called no one could explain it. Acting very dumb. I asked if they could proce match they said yes. I came in and they refused to price match my discount. They told me that they only cancel orders when they dont have the items in stock. They did and they had the food waiting for me at the front. From what I could tell, it seemed to have a lot of necessities for your basic pets fully stocked and loaded ( I didn't thoroughly check mind you ). I went in to find some things for my bearded dragon that my regular pet shop doesn't have and that I didn't trust ordering based off of pictures. I was excited to check things out since I live over 2 hours away. Since it's in a city type setting, I automatically assumed that it would have at least a little bit of everything or at least a good majority of what I might need or be looking for. Unfortunately, I was unable to find the correct bulbs I needed for my lamps ( watts and sizes ), I didn't find any hide away rocks for adult bearded dragons, I wanted to find a digital thermostat and humidity reader with no such luck ( the digital thermostat

My daughter's hamster ran out of food and bedding yesterday and although I realized this earlier I was super busy by the time I remembered it was almost closing time. I had a $20 bill in my pocket from earlier in the day and while I thought I grabbed my wallet while me & my dog ran out the door I did not so thinking I did I went into grab the hamster stuff and the cashier was very helpful with that I had no idea what to get...so I get up to the counter and tell her I need to run to my car quick bc I am believing I brought my wallet well I go back in & say I guess I forgot it I'll just get the food and come back for the bedding tomorrow bc they were about to close.
