Petco

The treat selection/cookie bar always puts Petco ahead of PetSmart when shopping fo th pups! Even though one of my pups is so picky I still really enjoy picking bout biscuits for her to try. This location was nice and clean and the staff was friendly to me and my pup, and I was able to find what I was looking for. Of course the prices are higher than what I would like them to be or what they might be online, but that is unavoidable these days. I got what I needed to groom my pups at home and they look great. I hope to start giving haircuts to other dogs too.

I wish I could leave zero stars… this store has the worst animal care in a Petco I have ever seen. Extremely awful conditions. Their ball pythons had stuck eye caps. Every single reptile water dish was covered in algae, when was the last time they had fresh clean water? Their parakeets were all fighting for the food dish because all the other ones were completely empty. The bird cages were covered in poop, including the bird cages that had no birds in them. Every single fish tank and betta cup was COVERED in algae. One tank had at least 10 dead fish laying on the bottom. There were even isopod cups that have been sitting on the shelf since May and June of 2025, there wasn’t one live bug in there and should’ve been removed from the shelf 8 months ago. I couldn't find what I was looking for and no one even spoke to me, never mind offered service. I went up and down each aisle at least twice. The layout is a mess. Too bad, because I was preparing for a litter of 8 pups and had a lot to buy.

Teancum assistant manger really went out of his way to make things better for me and my pup 🐶 when I had an issue he listened and made sure I felt heard and understood. He handled it in such a professional manner and kindly gave me what I needed to feel comfortable and compensated for the misunderstanding . He deserves a raise ! Great manager

Most of their bettas are dying, if not already dead. So sad. All of the cups were so dirty. A lot of their bettas were mislabeled as well. Between different variations, male, and female.
