Wife took the dog to get “trimmed” today. Key word. She told them to take a 1/4” off and that we like it long. $120 for something we are fully capable of doing but thought we’d get a professional to do it. What a joke!

February 4,2026(Wednesday)My wife went to the store to get a Parrot fish.The lady attendant in pony tail assisted my wife and my wife told her she wanted the bigger fish among the 2.She was having a hard time catching the fish my wife wanted and she’s a little bit getting impatient and shifted jer attention to the smaller fish.My wife reminded her nicely that she wanted the bigger one and she answered back”You never told me” ….and added “You know what not all the time you get what you wanted” Are you kidding me?that means if i want Gold fish but you cant catch them but the Piranha is more easier to catch that is what you are going to give me?Well i think she needs a less stressful job than catching fish in the aquarium.Maybe a receipt checker at Costco.But the big male cashier was so excel

Very friendly staff members. Michael the manager was awesome. Carried out my bags of dog food for me to my car.. The cashier ( didn't catch her name) Was very friendly as well. I great experience

Always a pleasant atmosphere. The employees I have dealt with are knowledgeable and friendly. Fish are super healthy which is hard to find! Always have feeders of different kinds in stock as well. I generally try to support the little local pet store but when quality and availability get in the way I have to move on for all of my pets

Amanda is the best groomer! She is so friendly and my golden retriever minnie absolutely loves her. Every time we come to see Amanda she greets minnie with care, she is very patient with minnie cause she can be trouble but I know minnie is in good hands. Minnie is never scared to go . Minnie always looks clean and happy when I pick her up. I live in McHenry so it’s worth the drive to see Amanda. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with Minnie. Highly recommend Amanda. We love her.
