I found the most beautiful white beta fish for my daughter here. I checked out at the counter then sat the fish down and I have no idea how it happened but it slid and flipped off the counter. The shockwave killed him instantly and I was so upset I felt I would throw up. It had been so beautiful, almost angelic, and I killed it. With a rock in my gut and my heart weighed the tears welled up and I teetered on the edge of bursting with sadness and guilt. The gentleman behind the counter was so understanding and sweet about it and told me to pick another fish. I couldn't do it being a little afraid to touch another one at the moment so my friend picked one out for my daughter. I just wanted to let everyone know this kind fella made the best of a very bad situation and I'm grateful for it. I

We were looking for a bearded dragon for our granddaughters birthday. We an idea of things we might need, and are we glad we asked...?Let's just say we left with a 40 gallon habitat and gorgeous dragon. (I may or may not have held it for the 1.5 hour ride home🤫)We've never been disappointed when shipping at Petco. I had to this edit. While we were waiting in line at checkout two young kids were trying to buy crickets to feed their dragon. Their cars kept declined or for whatever reason it wouldn't work. The employee didn't hesitate when pulled his card or and paid for their crickets. He beat me to it. Said he already had when I tried to pay. Awesome guy. Just wish I could remember his name.

Great store with good deals nice staff and great selection of fish and plants although I didnt find was i was hoping to buy and also there are some cracks in the floor

Clerk was calm even when I gave her the wrong change. Kitty approved everything when I arrived home. Thanks for your help.

Really impressed by how clean all the fish tanks were. Not a single dead fish or a tank with algae. Kudos to the person that is really caring for these fish babies. He/she deserves a raise!
