Petco

We went to Petco to get a hair trim for our Pomeranian. They said I have to pay for a veterinary exam $175 and also pay for 4 vaccinations , which were not needed plus the hair trimming, totaling $350. All I wanted was a light trim without all the upselling. Also if you need assistance finding items for your dog, the man working the floor ignores you.

Always happy with the selection. Staff is always friendly and ready to help if needed. Clean store and easy to find items. They must have a small stock room though because often isles can be crammed with overflow shipment packages. Be aware incase of needed stroller or wheelchair access while in the store.

Another great 👍 experience. In conversation with Dr. Conney mentioned an experience I had encountered in the Azores with the necessary requirements for my last return into the country which I found rather odd. Several hours later I received a text from her as she took the time to research it and reached out to me to ensure it wouldn't be a concern on my next trip. That was awesome. This is my second experience with them and found everyone pleasant, knowledgeable and personable.

Went on a Thursday after work, Not a very friendly place to walk into, needed cat food the aisles were blocked, with carts of inventory that needed to be put away,barely able to move a round, which I don't need much room but hard to find what I was looking for. Went to cash out the cashier was very nice but his body odor was horrific like he didn't shower or bathe in weeks, its good to take care of your hygiene out of common courtesy. They should have cashiers that don't stink.

Mars was so helpful and professional. I am always so happy to be at petco because everyone on the team is always so kind!
