Petco on NE Glisan has been my go-to for almost everything our cats need. From special diets and treats to indoor & outdoor hideaways, the prices are fair and the customer service is knowledgeable and friendly. And, all the dogs enjoying the aisles tells me it's the same great place for other pets.

Stopped in on the way home for cat food but they did not have the kind I purchase at another location. Employee seemed busy chatting with a customer or coworker. Aisles are very narrow, couldn't even stand shoulder to shoulder with another person. Seemed clean enough in the areas I browsed.

This location always has everything in stock and great prices throughout. The staff has always been helpful when trying to locate something specific and I have never waited long to check out either! My favorite place to grab a new treat or toy for my fur babies!

Staff was very friendly! At first little rude because we both were deaf and my roommate is good at read lip than me (lol)anyway my roommate requested for peace fishes that we want, we point out and greatly patience with chase fishes that we want which it’s good! we got some fishes there and we bring them home they are so happy!

I'm not going to lie—I walked into this store feeling pretty lost after visiting another pet company's location where I kind of lost hope. But I talked to the manager Steph and Morgan, and it was such a relief to connect with people who actually relate to what I'm going through, especially since they have experience with breeds similar to mine. Thank you to this location for making me feel like I was making the right decisions and that there's still hope, even when I thought I wasn't becoming the owner I wanted to be. They gave me practical ideas without the hard sell or pushing expensive products—just real, helpful advice. That's what makes me want to keep coming back. I really appreciate that, and it's something you rarely find nowadays. # Airhorn
