Petco

Love Petco for my pups needs, however, there needs to be more carts available to the customers. It seems there are never any available in the store to assist with shopping. I would purchase more items if I had a cart to put it in. The bags of dog food I purchase are much to heavy to carry to the checkout counter. Please purchase more carts so I can shop more comfortably and not worry about my bad back every time I go to buy dog food.

I went to Petco Vetco total care to get prescription food for my dog who was ill ,they said needed My Dr to email a script however my vets office offered to give a verbal approval for the script and Petco Vetco would not accept it. I also had 3 cans of the prescription diet food in pate form that my dog didn't like , he wanted the same food only with gravy I asked if I could evenly trade the pate for the one with the gray and the said NO! I don't see the problem but I think it's ridiculous . How hard is it to take three out of one stock and put three into another especially for a SICK ANIMAL, YET THEY CLAIM TO LOVE ANIMALS. GO FIGURE.
