Petco

Josh is an A+ employee. I bought my Betta fish, Herschel, with Josh’s help. I’ve been back to upgrade my tank, but more plants, and ask questions. I even showed Josh pictures of Herschel, and Josh genuinely wanted to see them. He told me how happy and healthy Herschel looks. I think that Josh is an A+ employee because he clearly cares for all animals, even tiny Betta fish. Herschel might be just a fish to some people, not important. He is important to me and PetCo Plymouth knows that. They are personable and the card is great. PetCo Plymouth, thank you for bringing Herschel into my life.

Went in to pick up my order that they cancelled in the middle of my work day, I got there an hour or so after it was canceled (my fault, since I took too long (she made sure to let me know) but the app showed it before I went there from work so that’s wild and they already didn’t have my items when I arrived. And the three employees around me were no help. So I leave the store and I call Petco customer service about my online order, the guy says he placed it again for me and I should get a confirmation in 5-10 minutes so we hang up, I go home and go about my evening, never got a confirmation but when I would call the automated message said it was processing. Okay. I wait two days, I call Petco again they said the order was never placed again… Okay cool? The second lady I talked to actually

Gotta love pet smart always a ton of cute pets and everything you could need for them. Went just to look into getting a bird or a lizard as a pet. A worker kindly helped me and discussed with me everything I would need was extremely helpful. I was just looking so wasn't getting anything but always good to have the assistance and knowledge. Plus everything seemed to be pretty cheap not overpriced and good quality

Arrived and greeted by a staff person. She was very helpful and found what we were looking for. She gave us tips for care of our dogs.

I had such a great experience! Kevin was super helpful, engaging and knowledgeable! I’ll be back with my bulldog Barbara! Thanks to Kevin- we left with a new fish family member- & will def be back soon! Employees like Kev are hard to come by! Thank you so much for all your help!
