If I could give negative stars I would. My sister dropped my dog off for a haircut and they insisted she was too matted to cut. Mind you I brushed her before hand and could run my fingers through her hair. The only place she was matted was a small place on her beard. When she was picked up her skin was pink. They groomed her with no guard and it was clearly painful to her. Instead of quitting the cut because she was “moving too much” they shaved her BALD practically skinned her. Although we weren’t charged they were extremely abrasive as if we were the ones who botched her haircut. Not only is this lazy it is borderline animal neglect. I wouldnt trust them to cut the hair off of my pubes let alone an animal.

Good Morning, My bill was for 34.62 & I gave exact change. The young woman at the cash register said "We do not accept pennies & I will need a nickel" I said how will I get my change if I give you a nickel, she said " we will round up" She actually made me give her a nickel instead of the legal tender exact change I had & then she turned around and gave me a nickel back!!! How Moronic! This is a bad way to do business! I left irritated & frustrated.
