Petco was a nice experience with a bunch of animals in Little cages and we saw mice🐭 and furrets and fish 🐠 and cats 🐱 and a parrot 🦜 It has all pets needs under one roof. It has pets food, accessories, toys, lease etc. They have lot of variety of aquarium. See pics and videos for more details. Lot of parking spots are available. Nice staff. Thanks 🙏👍

It is really sad to see how a few of these animals are not getting the care they need. I went in last week to get food for my animal, we checked out the snakes and noticed one with bad stuck shed and very skinny. (Can’t eat because of the stuck shed on his neck and head) I brought it to the employees attention and she swore up and down she was taking him home. I come in two days ago for food again and noticed him still there, along now with another animal that looks unhealthy. Just wanted to put this out there.

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. I used the Vetco program to get my puppy’s shots at this location and, because of an accident, I arrived literally 5 minutes late. I couldn’t call while driving. Then the front desk guy — who clearly had no idea what he was doing — took forever to “help” me, making it closer to 10 minutes. After all that, the doctor decided to be completely unreasonable and downright nasty, refusing to give my dog her shots even though I had already paid for the service. There was nobody waiting, nothing going on, and she still chose to argue with me rather than just do her job. She couldn’t even be bothered to get up from her chair. When I asked her to reschedule, she told me to do it online at another Petco because they “wouldn’t be helping me anymore.” Min

It was great. The employees were fantastic. CASA animal adoption was great. We adopted a 3 month old kitty.
