There are some days where a five star review is warranted and there are some days that aren't. Overall I feel most times are good. Associates are helpful for the most part. Some Associates have no time for you. I know the ones that will give me their time and effort. I look for them. The others NO. I avoid them. I also feel there should be a better incentive program.

I was greeted with a smile, and the person taking care of me in the fish department was very friendly, informative, and helpful in all my questions. I’ll definitely be back.

I needed some assistance with my shrimp. I received several recommendations on how to treat my water. The representative was very helpful. Our cashier was very nice. Overall we had a great experience!

Everyone was wonderful & thoroughly efficient taking care of my new puppy. I can’t thank you enough for all of your hard work & professionalism. The store is very clean & everyone practiced proper social distancing. Also, the veterinarian clinic is not only clean but rather amusing because as you wait on your pet to get treatment you can watch the adoptive cats play in their own special room. I really admire this place because everyone from the main doctor to the cashiers are legitimately nice & take not only their jobs but animals seriously 👏🏻👏🏻

A typical pricey pet store. Some really cute stuffed dog toys, and collars with matching leashes. Large selection of "KONG" products of all shapes and sizes. I still love that I can take my fur baby in with me, that's the only reason I go to places like this I swear.
