Petco

Got this pretty dress with hat and harness at Petco today. Leila Loves her new outfit. We usually don’t dress her up but this was a special occasion and we decided to see if she would be into it. Well she was. There were so many cute clothes at this Petco location. I wanted to get her the Jean jacket also. Might have to go back for that. We also got a rain coat and rain boots for the fall season.

David was our hero today taking care of our dog Luna during a grooming session. She is normally a little fussy and can be nippy during parts of the grooming, but what we noticed when we arrived a little early for pick up was David petting her as he trimmed the fur around her face. Luna appeared comfortable, calm, and was even licking his hand as he worked. What could have made her even more of a difficult client was that Luna had a little irritation around her eye, but David cheerfully told us that she gave him no problems. We could see that it was one of the most comfortable and successful services she has had. Please know how much we appreciate David and this level of special care he gave our loved, but sometimes irritable dog Luna today. We are very grateful.

Bill helped us train our crazy rescue puppy and we couldn’t have asked for a more patient and knowledgeable person. The different techniques he taught us to keep our dog’s attention on us were unique and backed by his experience training many different types of animals. He was flexible with us and understanding. He answered any question we asked during training or did research to find out answers and bring them to our next session. Could not recommend him more!

Brought my puppy here for grooming today, and when I picked him up, he couldn’t open his eyes and was visibly traumatized. He was shaking, whimpering, and clearly in distress. This is absolutely heartbreaking . No pet parent should ever have to see their dog come back in this condition. I trusted Petco to take care of him, and instead, my sweet little guy is suffering. Completely unacceptable. 😢😢😡

This location is an absolute disaster! Every time I’ve come into this place it is filled with pallets of shrink wrapped food in the aisles. Then the smaller aisles are all crowed with carts full of merchandise. They are never stocked but yet have tons of pallets and carts throughout the store just waiting to be put away. It is impossible to walk let alone shop in this store. While this location is the most convenient for me, I will no longer be coming here and shopping elsewhere. Week after week I’ve tried to give this location a chance and nothing has changed. I got out of my way another 10 miles to another location to get my pet’s needs. The manager and staff at this location need to rethink their presence here and the community they serve. The store is atrocious and there is no pride in
