Petco

We bought an adoptable cat with a QR code, my card, and a few online and on paper questions.. it was so fast and easy, It almost felt like I was doing something wrong lol the cats are linked to the Nebraska humaines society and the staff at Petco are always so nice and eagar to answer all your questions. Squaks is happy at home with my kids now and not stuck in a box !! Thank you !!

I was a bit shocked by my experience when I dropped my dog off there was a lady there frustrated because whoever she spoke with did not book her as she thought. However everyone was nice at first and they took my dog to get groomed. When I picked up my dog there was a woman in front of me and the store associate told her she would need to pick the dog up as soon as they were done. I’m unsure if they had past dealings with her not picking up on time but I thought they was odd. She comes to me to check me out and the first thing she says is do I want to leave a tip for the groomer. I hadn’t even saw my dog smelled him or anything! I felt super uncomfortable and told her I would. She then says how much? She appeared rather stressed and overworked. I told her $10 and paid then she got my dog.

We took our 14-week-old Cavapoo to Petco for his first grooming, and Emma was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind and gentle with him, and she did a fantastic job with his trim. He looked adorable afterward—clean, neat, and still fluffy! You can tell she really cares about the pets she works with. We’ll definitely be back to see Emma again!

Emma has been an exceptional groomer, she has been grooming my border collie for the last two years now and has always done an amazing job with him. We followed her from her last location to this location where I found out she became the grooming salon manager, her loving nature and passion for animals definitely shows in her excellent work. I recommend my mom to her as she was struggling to find a groomer to work with her dog and he absolutely loves Emma! All the other salon employees are super friendly and welcoming and the salon itself seems to be well taken care of and clean.
