Never had a bad experience always a well kept store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Really like the online to pick up option when I’m in a hurry. But most the time I like going into the store. I would like to see more salt water equipment and tank options

Please, do not buy your fish from here. I know it’s cheaper but that is for a reason. The way they keep their fish in particular, ESPECIALLY betta fish is genuine animal abuse. I don’t agree with bettas in cups as they are fish that need a lot of space and will not thrive in small enclosures. The cups have no filtration or heat or anything, so that alone is a problem, but not the sole reason for poor review What’s worse is the state of those poor fish inside the cups—today they were atrocious. Half of them looked like they were about to die, some looked generally unhealthy but still kicking… and one was just rotting. Actually dead and rotting. Last time I was there, there was a much healthier looking betta on the floor, dead, likely because it was stepped on as it had visual injuries.

Cashier was super nice. Store well stocked for brand items I use. But giving phone # should allow for showing of rewards & rewards $ available towards purchases. App & website can have issues.

Staff are very nice and very helpful and you can find everything that you’re looking for
