We love the Petco in Enfield! Every single staff member here is amazing, so helpful, incredibly kind, and truly obsessed with your pet in the best way. I recently started training with Val at this location with my rescue dog, and it has been absolutely life-changing. In just a few short weeks, my fur baby has completely transformed. The patience, knowledge, space and care Val brings to training is unmatched. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares and delivers real results, I highly recommend this Petco location!

Brought my 15 weeks old puppy for the second series of vaccinations and it was a very positive experience. The staff and the vet knew exactly how to make her feel comfortable and the whole experience lasted less than one minute. She was not afraid and tolerated her shots well. Fantastic experience.

I was there a couple of weeks ago. When i was at the register there was a wagon i front of my partner and I. From the previous shopper. She had left it behind, when it was our turn we paid and started walking when all of a sudden the cashier reached out for to return the wagon back. Meanwhile she had let the other woman leave without telling her to return it. we thought it was unfair how we got called out in front of the rest of the shoppers, knowing it was not our fault. I feel like customer service should be better.

No matter my situation or what animal I bring home from this Petco..They are always helpful and knowledgeable and understanding to circumstances outside my control…I just brought in my 3rd pet from them. They will always be my go to petstore…I am so glad I was able to give a Sunfire hamster a home..Truly this store is amazing!! So thank you again.
