Staff is so helpful and kind. Actual.animal lovers which makes it so much easier when explaining what your dog is having issues with and they direct you to exactly what fixes the problem. Its nice when they are knowledgeable with the products they sell. Although the prices could come down quite a bit its a good all around store .

Service member st check out was very helpful and kind. You cart the best wet dog food that my Australian Shepherd Loves, Freshpet Vital chicken for small breeds.

My last experience at my local Petco was quite pleasant. I was a bit rattled that day and made a few errors while trying to pay wirh my debit card. The cashier was very patient and kind to me, without getting frustrated or short wirh me. I'm not as young as I used to be, I really appreciated his kindness. One last comment, to other patrons of Petco. Please clean up after your dog has done their business on the sidewalk entering this great store. Think about others, noone wants to step in that. Thanks again Petco for being here.

They have a lot of good stuff here prices are very compairable to wilco by a few dollars more here. Excellent toy selection and has all kinds of everything for dogs just needs more variety of pro plan canned puppy food. Almost never in stock.

I just called this petco today to recommend them letting customers know that if they are driving for more than 30 minutes with active hamsters that they should get something sturdier than that box. I was given a puffy attitude on the phone about that not being their fault or problem. They are the ones looking up my info on their devices too when I buy them. I have bought 7 guinea pigs over 4 years from this company and this specific store. I know chewing habits. But I wasnt recommended something stronger even though I asked if I should get a thicker cage for transport. I was not impressed with the service today. I nearly lost one of my girl hamsters yesterday night just after getting home. I tried hard to keep her safely contained. I dont care who's fault it is. Please do not use cardboard
