The store was very organized and clean, and overall the experience was good. The prices are very reasonable and most of the staff was attentive. However, I was disappointed with the experience at the checkout. I asked if I could exchange a denim jacket I wanted to buy for my dog in case it didn’t fit, and the cashier told me it could not be exchanged. This was not mentioned before paying, and in my experience, items like this are usually exchangeable if they don’t fit. Everything else was fine, but this part could definitely be improved.

At the Lawton Oklahoma store, Sam was so helpful. She took her time to show me what could help me with my dog who had an allergic reaction and hasn't been eating or drinking. She thought she had a pup Cup like the dogs on TV!!! She's already perked up since I got home with her yummies.

I went in to purchase my chiweenie something for Halloween. There were quite a few options. The sales associate was extremely helpful.

I had to buy the small bag of dog food because you were out of the large bag. The clerk was only moderately friendly. I thought I had a $5 coupon. He said no. I never seem to get any coupons. Chewy and Amazon are becoming more appealing to me.

Definitely my favorite pet store. Always helpful and kind. Appreciations to the aquatic person liking their job. Thank you
