Kudos to you Dr. James Rayburn! We took our Maltipoo in for a checkup and the Vet there was fantastic. He knew exactly what was needed to help our furry friend feel better. Explained what had to be done thoroughly. GiGi is on the mends. Thank you so much Dr. James Rayburn!

I brought my dog, Romeo, in for a full grooming, not a quick shave. Romeo has a beautiful, fluffy, curly coat, and I was expecting a proper groom to maintain it. Instead, he was shaved down so short that all of his fluff and curls are completely gone. He now looks more like a shaved sheep than a poodle, and his pom-pom tail was taken down to what looks like a hot dog. What made it worse is that I was charged over $100 for this “full grooming,” including an extra $10 for brushing—even though I had also requested the upgraded conditioner already for $10. With his fur shaved completely off, what was the point of the brushing charge? For that price, I was expecting professional grooming and coat care, not the fastest and easiest option of shaving him down. Very disappointing experience.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Denise. We purchased a dental cleaning treat that was labeled as soft for senior dogs, but unfortunately our dog was unable to chew it at all. When we needed to return the product, Denise handled everything with great professionalism, kindness, and understanding. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Truly excellent customer service—thank you, Denise!

Excellent store… I was a little bit about jerk… because I couldn’t find a fish once I got home… and I’m sorry for that… Matt the manager took care of the situation… we found mutual understanding and he seems to be able to do a good job of taking care of the store. the store was good. Lots of fresh fish and everything was well cared for. Apologies Matt. Thank you excellent store.

this is the worst grooming service. incomplete service. BEWARE, DO NOT TAKE UR DOGS HERE FOR GROOMING. unless u want ur dogs coming out with Incomplete service. very unprofessional. they master in UNEVEN CUTS, and making your dogs hair look ugly and incomplete grooming service. both dogs smelled bad as well during pick up like they were not bath.
