We had such a wonderful experience at this Petco, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the staff. Lenny was absolutely amazing, so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He took the time to walk my son and me through every step of adopting our hamster, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made sure we felt confident and prepared. He never rushed us and genuinely cared about making sure it was the right fit for both our family and our new little pet. Aiden was also fantastic at checkout, incredibly patient, friendly, and attentive, which really added to the overall positive experience. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. very disappointed to see Petco still keeping Bettas together. I brought it up to a worker, because Betta sororities are not proper Betta keeping and is extremely controversial, and she just kept saying that they're females so it's okay. I tried to explain to her how it was wrong and even pointed out a Betta nipping at a, to which she said they were "playing." She tried to explain why it was okay but didn't seem to really understand what she was talking about. No fault to her, the owner/managers should know better. Petco should not be trying to encourage novice pet owners to keep these extremely difficult conditions (that being a Betta sorority). Do not take your dog to get groomed here I am now canceling my membership with Petco. I took my dog to get groomed , not even 10 minutes later they call me to tell me I needed to pick up my dog immediately because he was “ showing teeth “ at them. And that they could not do the service due to the fact they couldn’t even get him out the crate. He was fine before he arrived. It was not his first time getting groomed. He is still a puppy he is 8 months old , sometimes he has a bit of anxiety but with a little loving and talking to him correctly he will feel at home and overcome that. My dog has NEVER been aggressive. Never growls never bites. Good with people, kids , other dogs. This was my second time having my dog groomed at your location. I booked a Medium Dog Cut and Bath for $70 for my miniature Australian Shepherd. First Visit During the first grooming, the cut was not quite right. Her rear was not trimmed closely enough, but overall, it was acceptable. Second visit at drop-off, I specifically discussed a hygiene trim and emphasized shaving closely around her rear area only. At pickup, I was surprised to be charged an extra $20 for a deshedding service that I never approved. I did not want to cause a scene, so I paid it. The employee pointed out where to leave a tip. I had not seen my dog yet and did not feel comfortable tipping before reviewing the service. After signing, she mentioned two separate times about a tip. I declined each time. This felt incre

I hate to give this location such a bad review overall the location is amazing but the fish and reptile area is consistently disgusting. I truly feel sorry for the animals in this location. I've been in there quite a bit over the last few months and this is how the tanks look 24/7 and they seem to never clean them. Honestly whoever runs this area needs a good talk to because they're clearly not doing their job. I encourage people to buy fish from another location.
